This is where our career model comes in: It provides the general framework for individual further development - whether your career is technological/technical or management-related. It provides transparency with regard to the development opportunities that exist within the company. This tool allows each employee to define and structure his or her goals and expectations along with his or her manager in order to create the conditions necessary for many years of collaboration with the company and a high level of work motivation.
